L Driving School provides professional driving instruction services across Sydney and surrounding suburbs in New South Wales, Australia. Our services include:

• Driving test preparation and test-day car hire

• Refresher and confidence-building lessons for experienced drivers
• Structured lesson packages and individual bookings

All lessons are conducted by qualified, accredited driving instructors who hold the appropriate certifications as required by Transport for NSW.

3. Eligibility

To book a driving lesson, you must:

• Hold a valid NSW Learner Licence (or equivalent interstate/international licence where applicable)
• Present your licence to the instructor at the start of every lesson
• Be of legal driving age as defined by NSW road transport legislation

If you are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must consent to the booking on your behalf.

4. Bookings and Scheduling

Lessons can be booked through our website (ldrivingschool.com.au) or by contacting us directly. Our online booking system is powered by Yloodrive and is available 24/7.

By making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and licence information
• Be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time
• Have your valid learner licence available for every lesson

5. Pricing and Payment

Lesson prices and package rates are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Payment is required at the time of booking or prior to the lesson, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via our online booking platform and other methods as specified on our website.

Package credits are non-transferable between students unless expressly authorised by L Driving School.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

• More than 24 hours before the lesson: No charge. Full refund or credit applied.
• Less than 24 hours before the lesson: The full lesson fee may be charged.
• No-shows (failure to attend without notice): The full lesson fee will be charged.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds for unused package lessons may be issued at the discretion of L Driving School, minus any lessons already completed at the individual lesson rate. Refund requests must be made in writing via email.

Promotional or discounted packages may have different refund conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Student Responsibilities

During your driving lessons, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions given by your driving instructor
• Drive in a safe and responsible manner at all times
• Not attend a lesson under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs your ability to drive
• Treat your instructor and the vehicle with respect
• Inform the instructor of any medical conditions, disabilities, or concerns that may affect your ability to drive safely

9. Instructor and Vehicle

All our instructors are professionally trained, accredited, and hold the certifications required by Transport for NSW. Our vehicles are fully insured, regularly maintained, and equipped with dual controls for your safety.

We will make reasonable efforts to assign your preferred instructor, but we reserve the right to allocate a different instructor if necessary due to scheduling, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Driving Test Car Hire

Where we provide a vehicle for your driving test, the following conditions apply:

• The vehicle will be provided in a roadworthy and insured condition
• You must present a valid learner licence and booking confirmation at the test centre
• Any damage to the vehicle caused by negligence or reckless driving during the test may result in the student being liable for repair costs
• Test car hire bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy outlined in Section 6

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• L Driving School provides driving instruction services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee that you will pass your driving test
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific lesson or package in question

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and learning resources, is the property of L Driving School or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

When using our website, you agree not to:

If you do not wish for your photo to be published in any form, please let your instructor know.
