Accredited Trainer and Assessor
Ashish is an experienced Driving Instructor, Older Driver Assessor, Coach, and Facilitator committed to developing safe, confident, and responsible drivers.
His teaching approach combines strong technical driving expertise with a learner-centred coaching style focused on building long-term confidence and safe driving habits — not just passing the driving test.
With extensive experience working with learners from diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles, Ashish adapts his teaching methods to suit each learner's individual needs.
Ashish also applies insights from behavioural psychology and communication strategies to help learners manage anxiety, improve decision-making, and develop safer driving behaviours.
He is currently expanding his expertise to support neurodivergent learners and individuals requiring additional learning support.

Accredited Trainer and Assessor
Monty Sidhu is a highly experienced and accredited Driver Trainer and Assessor with over 15 years of experience helping learners become safe, confident, and responsible drivers.
Known for his patient, calm, and supportive teaching style, Monty creates a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable, respected, and encouraged throughout their driving journey. He understands that every learner is different and adapts his coaching approach to suit individual learning styles, experience levels, and confidence levels.
Monty's ability to communicate complex driving concepts in a clear and practical manner has helped thousands of learners build confidence, improve decision-making skills, and develop safe driving habits that last a lifetime. His lessons focus not only on passing the driving test but also on preparing learners for the real-world challenges of driving independently.
Throughout his career, Monty has trained learner drivers, mentored driving instructors, and worked with drivers from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds. He is an accredited Safer Drivers Course Coach and Facilitator, an accredited Older Driver Assessor, and has previously participated in the Australian Government-funded Keys2Drive program.
With practical driving experience across motorcycles, buses, heavy vehicles, B-doubles, and road trains, Monty brings a unique depth of knowledge and real-world expertise to every lesson. His strong focus on road safety, professionalism, and lifelong learning enables students to develop the skills, awareness, and confidence needed to drive safely for life.
